摘 要:针对目前对折流板除雾器的风流场和雾滴颗粒场描述规律不清晰,采用SST k-ω湍流模型并运用气液两相流理论,建立相关数学模型,对折流板除雾器三维空间风流-雾滴运移规律进行了数值模拟,模拟结果表明,除雾器的除雾效果明显,除雾率高达94.36%。结合现有湿式除尘风机出风口逃逸粉尘以雾滴包裹形式存在的特点,提出将折流板除雾器安装在湿式除尘风机上,用以除雾降尘,并进行了现场应用,结果表明,安装折流板除雾器的湿式除尘风机的全尘和呼尘平均除尘率由未安装时的84.3%和80.4%提高到96.6%和91.3%。由此表明折流板除雾器应用于湿式除尘风机的除尘效果良好,具有较好的推广前景。For the problem that the description about airflow field and droplet particle field of baffle defogger is not clear now,we established relevant mathematical model by the use of SST k-ω turbulence model and the two-phase flow theory. It carried out numeral simulation about baffled defogger three-dimensional airflow-droplet migration law. Simulation results show that the effect of the defogger is obvious,and the defogging rate is as high as 94. 36%. Combined with the feature that the escaped dust wrapped in droplet form at wet dust-cleaning fan outlet,we proposed to install baffle defogger at wet dust-cleaning fan for defogging dust and conducted a field application. The results showed that the average removal rate of full dust and respirable dust increased from 84. 3% and 80. 4%to 96. 6% and 91. 3% after installed baffle defogger wet dust-cleaning fan. It is seen that baffle defogger applied to wet dust-cleaning fan works well and with good promotion prospects.
