广西蔗区甘蔗螟虫卵寄生蜂的种类和分布调查

摘　　要：【目的】了解广西蔗区甘蔗螟虫卵寄生蜂的种类和分布,为利用卵寄生蜂防治甘蔗螟虫提供更丰富的种质资源。【方法】2011～2014年,通过性诱剂预测预报的方法,于螟卵高峰期在广西6市（北海、防城港、崇左、百色、南宁、来宾和河池）11个主要蔗区进行甘蔗螟虫卵寄生蜂的广泛采集,开展广西蔗区甘蔗螟虫卵寄生蜂种类和分布的田间调查;并通过解剖观察赤眼蜂雄性外生殖器特征的方法对采集到的赤眼蜂种类进行鉴定。【结果】广西蔗区主要有螟黄赤眼蜂、玉米螟赤眼蜂和黑卵蜂3种卵寄生蜂,螟黄赤眼蜂在调查的11个蔗区均有分布,而玉米螟赤眼蜂和黑卵蜂则仅在部分蔗区分布。其中,螟黄赤眼蜂均能寄生二点螟、条螟和黄螟,在二点螟和条螟卵块中发现有玉米螟赤眼蜂和黑卵蜂寄生。【结论】广西蔗区有螟黄赤眼蜂、玉米螟赤眼蜂和黑卵蜂3种卵寄生蜂,其中螟黄赤眼蜂在广西蔗区广泛分布,是广西蔗区甘蔗螟虫的优势自然天敌。[Objective ]The species and distribution of egg parasitoids against sugarcane borers in Guangxi were investigated, in order to supply abundant germplasm resources of egg parasitoids for preventing and controlling sugarcane borers. [Method]Using forecasting method of sex attractant, the egg parasitoids against sugarcane borers were collected widely from eleven sugarcane planting areas of seven city （Beihai, Fangchenggang, Chongzuo, Baise, Nanning, Laibin and Hechi） in Guangxi at its peak during 2011-2014, so as to investigate species and distribution of egg parasitoids. Then the species of collected egg parasitoids were identified by observing characteristics of male genitalia. [Result]The results showed that there were mainly three species of egg parasitoids viz., Trichogramma ehilonis Ishii, THchogramma ostriniae Pang et Chen and Telenomus sp. in sugarcane planting areas of Guangxi. And T. chilonis existed widely in the eleven investigated areas of Guangxi, while T. ostriniae and Telenomus sp. existed only in some of eleven sugarcane planting areas. Besides, T. chilonis was found in eggs of Chilo infnscatellus Snellen, Chilo sacchariphagus Bojer and Tetramoera schistaceana Snellen, and T. ostriniae and Teleuomus sp. were found in egg mass of C. infuscatellus and C. sacchariphagns. [Conclusion]There are three species of egg parasitoids, viz., T. ehilonis, T. ostriniae and Telenomus sp. in sugarcane planting areas of Guangxi, especially T. chilonis existing widely. T. ehilonis is a dominant natural enemy to sugarcane borers.
