摘 要:【目的】研究红树林八点广翅蜡蝉对不同颜色及寄主植物的趋性选择,为八点广翅蜡蝉的综合防治提供理论依据。【方法】选择红色、黄色、绿色、青色、蓝色、紫色、白色、灰色、粉色和黑色10种颜色的粘虫板,测试不同颜色对红树林八点广翅蜡蝉成虫的诱集效应;使用黄色和绿色粘虫板,探讨八点广翅蜡蝉对不同寄主植物桐花树、海漆、老鼠簕、银叶树、秋茄、黄槿和白骨壤的选择性。【结果】八点广翅蜡蝉成虫对黄色和绿色的趋性较强,黄色和绿色粘虫板诱集到的成虫数量显著高于其他颜色(P<0.05),其中以黄色的诱集效果最佳,绿色的诱集效果稍低于黄色;不同寄主植物上诱集到的八点广翅蜡蝉成虫数量存在明显差异,其中以白骨壤和黄槿上诱集到的成虫数量较多,海漆和桐花树上的诱集量较少。【结论】在红树林八点广翅蜡蝉防治中可选择黄色粘虫板进行诱捕。[ Objective ]The attractive effect of different color traps on Ricabia speculum (Walker) in mangrove forest was investigated, in order to provide theoretical basis for integrated control of R. speculum. [Method]The sticky eoloured trap in ten colors(red, yellow, green, cyan, blue, purple, white, gray, pink and black) were used for investigating attractive effect of different color on R. speculum adults in mangrove forest in Shenzhen. Meanwhile, the yellow and green sticky traps were used for studying selectivity on host plants viz., Aegiceras corniculatum, Excoecaria agalloeha, Acanthus ilicifolius, Heritiera littoralis, Kandelia candel, Hibiscus tiliaceus and A vicennia marina. [Result]The results showed that because the taxis of R. speculum adults to yellow and green was higher than other eight colors, the numbers of trapped adults on yellow and green sticky traps were significantly higher than those of other eight colors sticky traps, respectively (P〈0.05). Besides, the yellow sticky trap showed the optimal attractive effect, which had better effect than green sticky trap. In addition, there were significant differences in numbers of trapped adults between different host plants, the more R. speculum adults were trapped on A. marina and H. tiliaceus, in contrast, the less R. speculum adults were trapped on E. agallocha and A. corniculatum. [Conclusion]The yellow sticky traps can be used to control R. speculum in mangrove forest.
