论生态城市建设中发展都市农业的必要性

摘　　要：建设生态城市是人们追求的共同目标,低碳、节能、环保成为区域各项产业可持续发展的基本要求。都市农业作为高效、节能、高技术、可持续的新兴产业与生态城市建设相结合,是区域生态环境与社会经济协调发展的必然选择。文章首先介绍了生态城市的内涵和意义;另一方面,对都市农业的内涵和功能也进行了梳理,在此基础上分析了建设生态城市与发展都市农业之间的相互关系。指出了生态城市建设中发展都市农业的必要性,即两者相结合的价值与意义:都市农业的发展有助于调控城市的非理性扩张和蔓延,是城市可持续发展和彰显城市特色的重要手段和方法。最后,文章提出了在生态城市建设中发展都市农业的几点思考与建议。指出生态城市建设中发展都市农业的实现路径主要包括:一是对都市农业发展合理布局、科学规划,在生态城市建设中打造都市农业品牌,以农产品基地形成规模经济;二是相关部门实现联动,共同实施建设生态城市都市农业。It is people＇s common goal of constructing ecological city, and low - carbon , energy saving and environ- mental protection become the basic requirements for industry development of many regions As an new sustainable developing emerging industry, urban agriculture is high efficiency, energy saving and high technology. When urban agriculture has been combined with ecological city construction , it will be the inevitable choice in order to the har- monious development of region ecological environment and social economy. Firstly, the paper introduces the ecolog- ical city connotation and meaning, and then summarizes the connotation and function of the urban agriculture. On this basis, the author analyzes the relationship between developing urban agriculture and the construction of ecologi- cal city, puts forward to the necessity of developing urban agriculture in the construction of ecological city, that is the value and significance of the combination. Developing can effectively prevent urban from irrational expansion and urban agriculture in the construction of ecological city spread; Developing urban agriculture in the construction of ecological city can be in favour of realizing the sustainable development of cities; and developing urban agricul- ture in the construction of ecological city can be in favour of shaping characteristics of the ecological city. Finally, the article puts forward some thoughts and suggestion on development of urban agriculture in the construction of eco- logical city. The realization path of developing urban agriculture in the construction of ecological city mainly in- eludes three aspects： the first one is reasonable layout of urban agriculture and scientific planning. In the construe- tion of ecological city, we can develop agricultural products brand by establishing agricultural industry base and de- velopment of economy of scale. The second one is that the linkage of relevant departments to implement the con-struction of ecological city urban agriculture.
