摘　　要：针对城市工程建设和科学研究对于基础资料的需求,探索了一种基于免费公开地形高程数据为基础快速建立包括复杂地形的城市信息模型的方法。以大连市凌水湾地区为例,建立了复杂地形下城市信息模型,探讨了复杂地形、建筑物、多样下垫面材质同时存在时的城市建模流程与步骤。In view of the city construction and the research to the demand of urban basic data, a kind of free, public and economic method is exsplored based on altitude data including build model of complex city information. For an example of the bay of Lingshui in Dalian, we build the modeling of city information under complex terrain, discuss the technological process when the complex terrain and constructions and various underlying surface texture exist at the same time.
