摘　　要：《海牙国际合同法律选择原则》的通过,在一定程度上代表着意思自治原则在涉外合同领域法律适用的最新发展趋势。文章从《海牙原则》出发,在对我国《涉外民事关系法律适用法》及其司法解释相关条文进行分析的基础上,来检讨我国立法,以期对我国涉外合同法律适用立法之完善予以借鉴。The passing of ＂Choosing Principles of Hague International Contract Law＂, to a certain extent, represents the latest trends of the principle of autonomy in the field of foreign contract law application. The article started from ＂Hague Principles＂, based on the analysis of ＂Law of Foreign-related Civil Relations Law Application＂ and judicial interpretation of the relevant provisions, to review the legislation in China, with a view to drawing on the improvement of the legislation of foreign contract law application.
