摘　　要：规范司法行为是加强检察机关自身素质建设,提高检察工作人员法律素养和办案能力的重要途径,是我国社会法治进步的重要表现,作为检察工作一个重要环节的审查逮捕工作也概莫能外。在规范司法行为的大环境下,各地检察机关开始创新工作方法,力争借助规范司法行为的力量解决审查逮捕司法实践中长年累积的主要问题。Regulating judicial acts is an important way to strengthen the quality construction of the procuratorial organs arid improve the legal literacy and case handling capabilities of the procuratorial staff, and an important performance of the rule of law progress in China, with no exception for the review of arrest as an important part of the procuratorial work. In the environment of regulating judicial acts, local procuratorial organs began to innovative working methods and strive to solve the main problems of the review of arrest for many years by means of regulating judicial acts.
