论警察职业保障制度的完善

摘　　要：良好的职业保障制度能够为警察职业提供坚实的后盾。作为和平年代的捍卫者,人民警察流血牺牲,职业风险系数高,职业压力巨大。对于人民警察职业保障制度的研究,既能改善当前人民警察的职业环境,又能缓解他们的压力,解决后顾之忧,是当前公安职业化建设的重点工程之一。本文通过对警察职业风险性的分析,论证警察职业保障制度存在的必要性,并尝试构建合理完善的警察职业保障制度。Good occupational security system is able to provide a solid backing for the police profession. As defenders of a peaceful era, the people＇s police shed their blood and lay down their lives, with high risk and huge stress. The study of the occupational security system for the people＇s police can both improve the current occupational environment of the people＇s police and ease the pressure and resolve the worries on them, which is one of the key projects of the public security professional construction. Based on the analysis of the occupational risk, the paper demonstrates the necessity of the presence of occupational security system of the police and tries to build a sound and reasonable occupational security system.
