摘　　要：多年来,湖南师范大学医学检验专业逐步进行了系列临床实践教学模式的改革和实践,确定了适合于医学检验专业的临床实践教学新模式,从而使得毕业生在各级医院就业中具有了核心竞争力,收到了很好的就业效果,充分反映了教学改革的思路和举措是正确、有效的。Series of the reform and practice of clinical practice teaching mode were performed gradually in the Department of Laboratory Medicine of Hunan Normal University for years, new clinical practice teaching mode fitting for the specialty of laboratory medicine was determined, the graduates possess core competitiveness to find jobs in hospitals at all levels thereby, received good effect on employ- ment, reflected the ideas and measures of teaching reform are correct and effective.
