摘  要:以中国沙棘和大果沙棘种子为材料,研究温度及浸种处理对种子萌发的影响。结果表明:萌发温度对沙棘种子的发芽率、发芽指数和发芽时间均有极显著影响,30℃恒温和30℃/20℃变温条件有利于种子萌发,15℃恒温条件不利于种子萌发;中国沙棘种子在较低温度条件下比大果沙棘种子萌发能力更强;沙棘种子较容易萌发,3%-9%浓度的过氧化氢、40℃-60℃热水浸种处理对提高沙棘种子萌发能力无效果。Taking the seeds of Hippophae rhamnoides ssp. Russia and H. rhamnoides ssp. sinensis as ma- terials, the effects of temperature and soaking treatments on seed germination were investigated. The results showed that: germination temperature had remarkable effects on seed germination rate, germination index and germination time. The constant temperature (30℃) and alternative temperature (30/20℃) were the best conditions for seed germination, and the constant temperature (15℃) was not good for seed ger- mination. The seeds of H. rhamnoides ssp. sinensis had stronger germination ability than those of H. rh- arnnoides ssp. Russia under lower temperatures. Soaking treatments such as H2O2 solution with concen- trations of 3% to 9% or hot water in 40℃ to 60℃ had no obvious promoting effect on germination of the seeds tested.
