摘 要:利用16SrRNA-RFLP方法分析了同一样地柏大蚜和松大蚜体内细菌的组成。结果表明:2种蚜虫体内细菌主要由其初级内共生菌Buchneraaphidicola和次级内共生菌Candidatus Serratia symbiotica组成,但各自所占的比例存在差异;在柏大蚜克隆文库中,B.aphidicola和Ca.Serratia symbiotica分别占37%和56%,还有少量的霍氏肠杆菌(Enterobacter hormaechei)占7%;在松大蚜克隆文库中,B.aphidicola和Ca.Serratia symbiotica分别占66.7%和33.3%。表明2种蚜虫体内的微生物组成比较简单且相似,内共生菌种类相同。The bacterial communities within bodies of Cinara tujafilina and C. pinitabulaeformis were an- alyzed by 16S rRNA-RFLP (Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism ) method aiming at comparing their endosymbionts composition and differences between C. tujafilina and C. pinitabulaeformis which grow in same site. The results showed that the bacteria in two aphid species were consisted of primary en- dosymbiont Buchnera aphidicola and secondary endosymbiont Candidatus Serratia symbiotica with differ- ent proportions in each clone library. In the clone library of C. tujafilina, B. aphidicola and Ca. Serratia symbiotica accounted for 37% and 56%, respectively, and Enterobacter hormaechei accounted for 7%. In the library of C. pinitabulaeformis, B. aphidicola and Ca. Serratia symbiotica accounted for 66.7% and 33.3%, respectively. The results indicated that the bacterial compositions of the two aphid species were simple and similar, and they had the same kinds of endosymbiosis.
