摘 要:对泡沫剂浓度和无机盐对泡沫剂泡沫性能的影响进行了研究,考察了泡沫剂浓度对泡沫衰变的影响,无机盐的浓度对泡沫剂发泡体积的影响。实验表明:泡沫剂溶液浓度显著影响发泡体积及泡沫稳定性,当泡沫剂浓度较小时,随着浓度的增加溶液发泡体积增大,稳定性增强,当浓度增到一定值,继续增加浓度发泡体积减小,泡沫的稳定性降低。每一种泡沫剂都存在泡沫稳定的最佳浓度;无机盐使泡沫剂发泡体积下降,半衰期随盐浓度增加经过先下降再回升到最大值后再下降的过程,无机盐溶液还具有一定的稳泡性。The effects of concentration of the foaming agent and salt on foam performance of the foaming agent was studied.Experiments show that the foaming agent solution concentration significantly influenced the foam volume and stability,when the concentration is small,with the increase of the concentration of solution foaming volume increase,enhanced stability;when the concentration was increased to a certain value,foaming volume decreases with continual increasing of the concentration,to reduce the stability of foam.Each kind of foam agent have ptimum concentration for foam stability.Inorganic salt declines the foaming volume,at first half-life decreased and then rebounded to maximum and at last decreases with the increase of salt concentration,salt solution also has certain stability of foam.
