摘  要:36Mn2V管坯钢常用于生产石油管钢,这种材质的石油套管是石油钻探用重要器材,属裂纹敏感性钢种,容易出现表面裂纹现象。通过对轧材表面裂纹缺陷部位进行金相组织观察、扫描电镜分析,发现裂纹附近组织存在明显的脱碳现象及夹杂物和氧化物圆点,并且裂纹末端存在多条铁素体条带,结果表明连铸坯本身存在的质量缺陷是36Mn2V圆钢产生表面裂纹的主要原因。The tube billet 36Mn2 Vis usually used to produce the oil well pipe,which is the important equipment for oil drilling.However,this steel belongs to one of cracking sensitive steel grades,and the surface crack easily occurs.The surface crack defects of rolled product were investigated by metallographic structure and scanning electron microscope analysis.It was found that the obvious decarburized layer,inclusions and oxide dots were observed near the structure of crack.Moreover,many ferrite bands existed at the end of the crack.The results indicated that the quality defect of the casting billet was the main reason to cause the surface crack on the billet 36Mn2 V.
