摘 要:在自然条件下奶牛分娩的雌雄比为1∶1,然而产奶性状与性别有关,因此,通过人为方法控制出生奶牛的性别有着非常重要的意义。本文着重对奶牛X、Y精子分离技术的应用及研究进展进行了阐述,目前分离奶牛性控精液主要采用的还是流式细胞仪分离方法,并且在奶牛生产中得到了广泛应用。Under natural conditions, the ratio of male to female was 1: 1, but the milk production traits were related to sex. Therefore, it is very important to control the sex of the cattle by artiifcial method. In this paper, the application and research progress of X and Y sperm separation technology are described. Now the main separation method of dairy cattle semen was flow cytometry, and is widely used in dairy cattle production. Under natural conditions, the ratio of male to female was 1:1, but the milk production traits were related to sex. Therefore, it is very important to control the sex of the cattle by artificial method. In this paper, the application and research progress of X and Y sperm separation technology are described.
