远东地区的俄中经济关系问题研究

摘　　要：俄罗斯远东地区与中国东北地区合作的主要方向是:完善口岸配套设施,新建和改造边境基础设施,促进交通、劳务、旅游、文化等领域合作,推进区域合作的大项目,加强环保领域合作。其中,双方大项目合作进展不尽如人意。中方投资者主要对在俄境内的采掘业和自然资源初加工业项目感兴趣,而这些项目与俄方欲发展远东地区生产力的初衷并不完全相吻合。俄远东地区的投资环境仍须改善。Cooperation between Russian Far East and Northeast China focuses on improving port facilities, newly constructing and retrofiting border infrastructure, promoting cooperation with Russia of transportation, labor services, tourism and culture, propel- ling major projects of regional cooperation, strengthening cooperation in the field of environmental protection. Among them,, pro- gress of cooperation in major projects is unsatisfactory. Chinese investors are mainly interested in two projects of mining and pri- mary processing of natural resources in Russia, which, nevertheless, dont follow original intention of Russia＇s developing produc- tivity in the Far East. Investment environment in Russian Far East is still to be improved.
