摘 要:机床区别于其他机械的主要特征之一是"精密",其外观形象同样需具备该特征,也决定了机床造型应该更加重视其可制造性,主要体现在表面质感、体面转折、线型细部等的加工精度方面。基于此重点构建了结合机床造型及其可制造性两方面的多层次、多属性评价模型,并采用层次分析法对Z28k冷滚压机造型设计方案进行了评价,给出了方案的评价结果,验证了评价指标的可行性和有效性。Precision is one of the principal features which distinguish machine tools from other machinery. The appearance of machine tools not only has the same characteristics,but also should be paid more attention to its manufacturability. It mainly reflected in the surface texture,decent twist and linear details,which belong to the machining accuracy aspect. Combining the machine tool modelling and manufacturability,the multi-level and multi-attribute evaluation model was built based on above analysis,and was used to evaluate the designing schemes of Z28 k cold rolling machine moulding though analytic hierarchy process( AHP),and the evaluation results are also given.It is proved that the evaluation index system proposed in this study is effective and feasible through example analysis.
