摘　　要：建立科学的心理健康教育工作体系,对促进部队官兵心理健康教育的有效开展具有重要的指导意义。心理健康教育是一项系统工程,应以部队教育为主导、以家庭为依托、以社会为辅助力量、以个人为关键,建立部队、家庭、社会、个人多元整合的心理健康教育工作体系,形成支撑体系、规范体系和骨干体系。Establishing a scientific system of mental health education work has important guiding significance for the development of troops to promote mental health education effectively. Mental health education is a systematic project;it should be dominated by troops education, based on the family,taken society as the auxiliary power and the individual as the key,then establishing system of mental health education work as forces, family,society and individual integrated,so that forming a support system,standard system and the cadre system.
