某三级医院抗菌药物专项整治的效果评价

摘　　要：目的了解抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动在某三级医院的实施效果,并总结经验。方法对该院2011年5月—7月(整治前)和2013年5月—7月(整治后)抗菌药物应用的数据指标进行统计,包括住院药占比、菌占比、住院患者抗菌药物使用率、门诊患者抗菌药物使用率、抗菌药物使用强度、限制使用级抗菌药物药敏试验率、微生物送检率、Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率、Ⅰ类切口手术预防用药疗程合理率等指标。结果整治后的各项抗菌药物应用指标较整治前都有明显的提高和改善。结论通过抗菌药物专项整治活动,该院抗菌药物应用情况明显改善,但尚存部分控制指标不达标,还需要进一步的加强宣传培训和管理。Objective To investigate the effect of antibacterials special rectification in a hospital Three Grade A,and to sum up the experience. Methods The basic data of antibacterials use were collected in the hospital during May-July in 2011 （before rectification） and May-July in 2013 （after rectification）,including drug cost ratio,the proportion of antibiotics cost in total drug cost,the utilization ratio of inpatient antibiotics,the utilization ratio of outpatient antibiotics,DDD,the proportion of antibiotics for special use in total amount,the pathogenic detection rate,prophylactic utilization ratio of antibiotics in type I incision surgery,reasonable treatment course ratio of antibiotics in type I incision surgery,and so on. Results All the indicators of the antibacterials application after rectification got obvious enhancement and improvement. Couluslon Through the antibacterials special rectification,the application of antibacterials agents in the hospital got improved significantly. But there are still some controlling indictors which are not all consistent with regulations. The spreading,training and management of it should be further improved.
