摘　　要：目的研究复方丹皮酚醇溶液对皮肤的毒性及刺激性,为下一步临床应用提供理论依据。方法将复方丹皮酚醇溶液和对照基质涂布于健康日本大耳白兔和豚鼠皮肤进行毒性和刺激实验,主要观察家兔的行为活动、皮肤、饮食、体重等为评价毒性的指标;以豚鼠皮肤的红斑、水肿等为评价刺激性的指标。结果复方丹皮酚醇溶液外涂于白兔及豚鼠,未见皮肤与全身的毒性和刺激性。结论复方丹皮酚醇溶液无毒性及刺激性,安全性较好。Objective To explore toxicity and irritation of compound paeonol solution on skin so that the obtained evidence could be provided for clinical application. Methods Compound paeonol solution and matrix were performed on skin of healthy guinea pigs and rabbit to observe their toxicity and irritation;activity,skin, food and weight of rabbit were used as evalution of toxicity,erythema and edema were used as evalution of irritation. Results Compound paeonol solution showed no skin/systemic toxicity and irritation when applied on the skin of guinea pigs and rabbit. Conclusion Compound paeonol solution has no toxicity and irritation,and has good safety.
