摘　　要：[摘要]目的建立胃得安片白术内酯的检测方法，为其质量标准的改进提供依据。方法色谱柱：SHIMADZUCm色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-水（65：35）；流速：1．0ml／min；检测波长220nm，柱温：30℃。样品中白术内酯I提取工艺为：甲醇超声处理30min。结果白术内酯I在2．4-38．4μg／ml范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9996、n=5），平均回收率为99．03％，RSD=0．37％。结论本方法简便可靠，重复性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish a detection method of atractylenolide-I in Weidean tablet,so provide the basis for the improvement of quality standards. Methods The determination was performed on SHIMADZU C18 （250mm×4.6mm,5μm） column with the mobile phase of methanol-water（65：35） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/ min. The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. And the column temperature was 30 ℃. Extraction process of atractylenolide-I in sample was follows：put methanol in sample powder and take ultrasonic processing for 30 min. Results The linear relation of atractylenolide-I was excellent within the range of 2.4-38.4 μg/ml （r=0.9996,n= 5）,and the average recovery ratio was 99.03%,RSD=0.37%. Conclusion Above-mentioned method is simple, reliable and good in repeatability,could be used for the quality control of Weidean tablet.
