摘　　要：该文介绍了知识管理及军队医药卫生查新机构的概况,探讨了军队医药卫生查新机构知识管理的角色定位及知识管理应用于医药卫生查新机构的意义,并针对军队医药卫生查新机构知识管理应具有的特征对如何实施知识管理提出了建议。In this paper,the general situation of knowledge management and medical literature evaluation institutions is described,and the position and application of knowledge management in these institutions are discussed;Also some suggestions are put forward for how to implement knowledge management in such institutions based on their features.
