摘　　要：介绍了无拉杆四点锁模机构,针对其锁紧装置的安装位置问题,进行了ANSYS有限元分析。根据分析结果绘制了模具变形随锁紧装置不同安装位置的变化规律。最终结合结构设计得到了锁紧装置最合适的安装位置。The study of installation problem of locking device has been conducted through the analysis of the introduction of four-point-rodless mold clamping mechanism, and the finite element analysis is conducted by using ANSYS software in this paper. The rule of mold deformation depending upon the different installation location of locking device has been obtained according to the analysis result. And the best installation location is eventually determined combined with structure design.
