摘  要:针对Cr WMn钢冲头端部易产生裂纹的问题,从金相组织与磨削热产生的应力两个方面研究了裂纹的形成机理,研究认为冲头原材料中的网状和带状碳化物导致该区域的脆性增大,冲头端部磨削热不易散出,在冲头的径向与轴向上产生拉应力,则在表面的脆性区内形成裂纹并沿轴向向轴心线扩展,最后形成碗状裂纹。文中提出了防止冲头端部裂纹形成的措施。Against the problem that the cracks are easy to form on the punch end of Cr WMn steel, the crack formation mechanism is studied from the two aspects of the metallurgical structure and the grinding heat stress. The research results show that the mesh and banded carbides existing in the punch raw materials lead to the increase of this region's brittleness, and the grinding heat of the punch end is difficult to let out. The tension stress along the axial and radial of the punch is produced, which causes the cracks to form on the brittleness region of the surface and to extend from the axial to the axial lead, at last, the bowl shape cracks are formed. In this paper, the measures preventing the cracks forming on the punch end are put forward.
