摘 要:樟叶蜂在黄山市发生较普遍,影响樟树生长。为缓解樟叶蜂的危害,通过室内人工饲养和室外定期观察的方法研究了樟叶蜂的发生及生物学特性。结果表明:樟叶蜂在黄山市1 a发生3代,第1代幼虫发生于3月下旬,第2代幼虫发生于4月中旬,第3代幼虫发生于5月中旬。该虫以老熟幼虫在土中结茧越冬,翌年3月底成虫羽化破土而出。幼虫4龄,取食嫩梢嫩叶,其中以3,4龄幼虫危害最为严重。另外,还详细介绍了樟叶蜂的形态特征。研究结果对有效监测和控制樟叶蜂提供了参考依据。For recent years,Mesonura rufonota has been widely spread and seriously affected the growth of Cinnamomum camphora in Huangshan City. To relieve the threat of M. rufonota,the occurrence and biological characteristics were studied by indoor feeding and outdoor observation. The results showed that M. rufonota had 3 generations each year. The first generation occured in late March,the second happened in Mid April and the third generation came out in Mid May. The pest overwinters survived in soil by cocooning in mature larvae type. And the adult emerged and break through the soil in late March the next year. The pest had four instars,amongst which the third and fourth instars endangered most seriously.Besides,the morphological characteristics were also in detail described. The above-mentioned results would provide useful references for effective pest monitoring and controlling.
