摘　　要：以CaSO_4晶须作为汽车焊缝密封胶的增强、增韧填料,讨论了不同用量的CaSO_4晶须对焊缝密封胶拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、柔韧性、附着力等性能的影响,以及采用硅烷偶联剂KH-570改性的CaSO_4晶须对焊缝密封胶性能的影响。最后验证了掺杂CaSO_4晶须型焊缝密封胶在汽车上的应用效果。Using CaSO4 whisker as the reinforcing and toughening filler for the automotive weld sealant, the influences of different amount of CaSO4 whisker on the tensile strength, elongation at break, flexibility and adhesion etc. were discussed. And the influence of CaSO4 whisker modified with silane coupling agent KH-570 on the performance of weld sealant was also discussed. Finally, the application effect of weld sealant doped with CaSO4 whisker in the automobile was verified.
