基于ZigBee技术的数据采集器在锅炉水质检测实验室的应用研究

摘　　要：传统的依赖人工的样品管理方式已不能适应样品数量快速增长和实验室信息化建设的需要。本文设计了基于ZigBee无线传输技术的二维码采集器，并开发相应的实验室信息管理系统，应用于锅炉水质检测实验室的样品管理。测试结果表明：提高样品检测效率、提高分析结果可靠性、缩短样品检测周期并便于各种信息的统计分析。该采集器易于操作，通用性强，可进一步拓展并应用于其他领域。The traditional managing method has been not adapted to the rapid growth of the sample quantity and the needs of the laboratory Information management. A new device for QR code scanner based on ZigBee wireless transmission technology and the corresponding laboratory information management system was developed, which is applied to the sample management of the boiler water quality testing in the laboratory. The test results showed that it can improve the efficiency of the sample testing and the reliability of analysis results, shorten the cycle of the sample testing and provide statistical analysis of various informations. The device is easy to operate, can be further expanded and applied to other fields.
