摘  要:针对环境安全预警的需求,研制了一种基于细菌连续培养技术的水质综合毒性分析仪。该分析仪通过监测发光茵与水样作用前后的发光强度的变化来监测水体水质的突发变化。以七水合硫酸锌和氯化汞为标准毒性物质对仪器性能进行测试的结果证明,该分析仪和现有同类仪器相比,有同等或更好的EC50值,七水合硫酸锌与氯化汞的EC50可分别小于和4mg/L和0.10mg/L。值得注意的是该分析仪具有发光细菌可连续培养一个月的特点以及对电路与流路的新设计,可使测定更稳定,并极大延长维护周期,降低成本。For the requirements of environment early warning domain, an on-line comprehensive toxicity water quality analyzer based on bacterial continuous culture techniques was designed. The analyzer can monitor sudden change of the light intensity which comes from luminous bacteria before and after interacting water samples. Using mercuric chloride and zinc sulfate heptahydrate as reference standard toxic substance, the performance of analyzer was tested. It was proved that it has identical or better EC50 levels comparing with existing equipments based on the same principle. EC50 of mercuric chloride and zinc sulfate heptahydrate was less than 0.10mg/L and 4.00mg/L respectively. It was notewhorthy that the character of its continuous culturing bacteria for a month and the new design of circuit and flowpath make it more stable and can greatly prolong the maintenance cycle and reduce the cost.
