摘　　要：研发了适用于仿真饰品中有毒有害元素测试的X荧光光谱仪（XRF），实现了饰品中铅、镉、汞、铬、砷、镍等重金属元素的快速筛选。新仪器较市售XRF仪器，在经过硬件和软件的改进后，准确度、精密度和检出限均得到显著提高。SDD探测器的使用及解谱能力的提高，有效解决了As和Pb谱线干扰问题。同时，使用FP算法的分析软件实现了较少标样甚至无标检测，通用性更强。The X-ray fluorescence spectrometer had been developed for toxic elements test in imitation jewelry. Rapid screening of heavy metal elements such as lead, cadmium, mercury, chromium, arsenic and nickel in jewelry was received. Comparing with commercial XRF, accuracy, precision and detection limit of the developed XRF were significantly improved through the improvement of the hardware and software. Along with the usage of SDD detector and improvement of the ability of the spectrum reading, an effective solution to the problem of As and Pb spectral interference had been received. At the same time, The analysis software equipped with FP algorithm realized less standard or non-standard testing. The new instrument is more versatile.
