摘　　要：公共图书馆MOOC平台无论从服务群体、内容组织,还是从平台的功能设计和运营模式等方面,都与教育领域的MOOC平台存在差异。公共图书馆MOOC平台的核心功能应包括课程发布和展示、用户交流和互动以及馆藏资料的整合揭示。公共图书馆MOOC平台可以按照数据层、业务逻辑层和展示层3层架构进行设计。公共图书馆MOOC平台的服务模式应包含全媒体服务、建立公共图书馆M O O C联盟并与第三方平台合作。Public library MOOC platform is quite different from the traditional MOOC in education field, either in service groups and content organization, or in functional design and operation modes. Three main core functions should be highlighted including course publishing, user communication and integrated revealing of library collections. Public library MOOC platform has a three-layer architecture constructed of data layer, logic layer and presentation layer. Employing media as its service mode, Public library MOOC platform union could be established among public libraries via a third party platform.
