大学文化活动促进馆藏建设的创新实践研究——以“重大记忆”收藏计划为例

摘　　要："重大记忆"收藏计划以图书馆在大学中的文化职能为立足点,探索了文化活动对大学图书馆馆藏建设的作用。"重大记忆"是学子的时间胶囊,收藏其大学四年的青春记忆,封存并珍藏于图书馆,以作纪念。《"重大记忆"收藏计划授权书》《封存须知》解决了活动涉及到的知识产权问题。随着活动的开展,"重大记忆"在以下方面出现了问题:非毕业生读者的参与,收藏品的管理,收藏品的增减,服务规范。这一系列的问题还需要在今后的实践中慢慢摸索。University libraries play important role in shaping campus culture and the ＂Chongqing University Memories＂ Collection Program has explored the impact of cultural activities on university library collection construction. The ＂Chongqing University Memories＂ works as a ＂time capsule＂, which helps to store the students＇ four years campus life memorials in the library. ＂The Letter of Attorney of ＇Chongqing University Memories＇ Collection Program＂ and ＂the Memorials Seal-up Notice＂ have resolved the intellectual property problem involved. This paper also elaborates the following problems that the program has confronted as it proceeds： participation management of non-graduates, the management of memorials, the handling of increase and decrease of memorials, and service specification. It＇s prospected that the problems will be resolved in future practices.
