摘 要:为研究短筒式水雾喷射降尘装置的降尘机理,利用自制的短筒式喷射试验装置进行试验,并利用Solidworks Flow Simulation软件进行仿真。结果表明,喷嘴的流量与压力近似成抛物线关系,喷嘴的性能接近薄壁小孔;风筒的吸风量与喷嘴的用水量近似为线性关系;混合流体流束的扩散角与喷嘴的用水量也近似为线性关系。在试验条件下,喷嘴直径d=1.5 mm时,水的雾化效果较好,风筒的吸风量较大,引流喷射风筒的综合性能较好。试验和仿真结果可供设计短筒式水雾喷射降尘装置时参考。In order to study the dust suppression mechanism of short-barrel water mist jet dust suppression device, a self-made short-barrel jet test device was applied to conduct the test, and Solid Works Flow Simulation was used to carry out simulation. The results showed: the relationship between the nozzle flow and the nozzle pressure was approximately parabolic, the nozzle played the role of thin wall hole; the relationship between the air suction flow of the air barrel and the water flow of the nozzle was approximately linear; the relationship between the diffusion angle of the mixed fluid flow beam and the water flow of the nozzle was also approximately linear. Under test conditions, while the nozzle diameter d = 1.5 mm, the atomization effects of water was better, the air suction flow of the air barrel was larger, the comprehensive performance of the water mist jet air barrel was also better. The test and simulation results offered reference for the design of the shortbarrel water mist jet dust suppression device.
