摘  要:基于大同煤矿集团白洞煤业公司绞车辅助运输过程中其阻车方式的工况,以平板车为载体设计了机械制动器与电磁制动器。增加机械制动器和电磁制动器以后,平板车在最大载质量的情况下制动距离小于20 m,可有效防止跑车事故的发生。该制动器加工简单、成本较低,其应用对于提高平板车制动的可靠性和安全性具有重要价值。Based on the operation mode of car stopping during auxiliary transportation process in Baidong Coal Industry Co., Ltd. of Datong Coal Mine Group, the paper designed the mechanical brake and the electromagnetic brake for the flatbed car. Thus, the braking distance of the flatbed car was less than 20 m in the maximum loading mode, which was contributive to effectively prevent the car accident. The brakes were characterized by simple manufacture and low cost, their application possessed important valve for enhancing the reliability and security of the flatbed car.
