摘 要:针对DTⅡ型带式输送机的传动滚筒在传递过程中的受力问题,采用有限元分析的方法,用Solid Works建立了输送机传动滚筒与输送带的三维仿真模型。通过计算和分析,对模型的应力应变分布情况进行了研究。结果表明,传动滚筒的应力应变最大值位于其侧壁及连接部位。因此,在生产过程中更要对这些部位进行检查和维护,以保证传动滚筒的正常工作。In view of the stress of the driving roller of DTⅡ belt conveyor in the process of rotation, the FEA method was applied to build 3D simulation model of the driving roller and the belt of the conveyor in Solid Works. After calculation and analysis, the stress and the strain distribution of the model was studied. The results showed the maximum stress and strain of the driving roller were located at the side wall and the joint, therefore the locations need check and maintenance during production, so as to guarantee the normal operation of the driving roller.
