摘　　要：包容性增长理论自提出之时,就颇受学者与公共管理者的关注,但在我国,对于包容性增长的探索多集中于理论挖掘,本文将聚焦于我国农村基础社会建设领域,探索包容性增长对我国基础设施建设的积极意义与发展启示,为包容性增长的社会实践提供借鉴。Since the theory of inclusive was mentioned, many researchers and managers were interested in that theory. However, Chinese researchers focused on the inclusive theory itself, but failure to related it with practice, this paper integrated the theory with Chinese infrastructures, exploring the contribution of the inclusive theory on the infrastructures construction in China. the research would provide a reference to the furthering research.
