摘 要:针对南中国海平台组块海上安装实际情况,开创性地提出了大型组块低位浮托结合牵引提升就位的安装设计方法。综合考虑组块重量、南中国海域环境特征、安装船舶特性等因素,对海上牵引提升的方式及被动式低位浮托技术进行了深入分析。同时,从经济性和安全性等方面,系统地阐述了组块低位浮托安装的适应性和海上牵引提升的可操作性。该方法丰富了南中国海大型组块安装设计技术,其理论分析和海上安装的顺利实施对同型平台的海上施工具有重要的指导意义。For offshore installation of drilling platform topsides in the South China Sea,low-deck floatover method is described and analyzed systematically based on the weight of topsides,environmental condition of the South China Sea and combined with ship characteristics.In this method,offshore strand-jack lifting technique is used.Moreover,from economic and security,this paper discusses the adaptability of the low-deck floatover installation and operability of strand-jack lifting technique.This method enriches the offshore installation technology for large deck in the South China Sea.Theoretical analysis of this method and successful implementation in offshore installation has an important guide and reference to the similar offshore platform installation.
