某区域居民对社区卫生服务的认知与满意情况浅析

摘　　要：目的 :探究居民对社区卫生服务中心提供基本医疗和基本公共卫生服务的认知和建议,分析居民期待的服务供给方式,提出可行的资源配置优化策略。方法 :于2014年6月在上海市浦东新区三林镇,分层随机抽取200位居民,以问卷调查的方式对其个人情况,及其对社区卫生服务中心所提供的基本医疗、基本公共卫生服务的认识和建议等信息进行采集,并借助SPSS对所采集的信息进行描述性分析。结果 :参与调查的居民对于基本医疗服务的认知率多比基本公共卫生服务的认知率高,且所有服务项目中,开药所获得的居民认知率最高;社区目前所开展的服务均获得或多或少居民的不满,这些不满产生的原因主要是在服务时间、流程和呈现形式等方面,参与调查的居民对此也给出了相应的改进建议。结论 :调查结果提示社区卫生服务中心确实存在宣传不足的情况;同时,居民的反映也提示社区卫生服务中心可以整合基本医疗和基本公共卫生服务,并按需调整服务内容和形式。Objective：To make clear the residents’ cognition and suggestion on basic medical services and basic public health services provided by community health service centers;to analyze residents’ expectation for approaches by which services were delivered;and to propose the optimal and feasible strategy on resource allocation. Methods：Two hundred randomly selected residents in Sanlin Town,Pudong New Area of Shanghai in 2014 were investigated by structured questionnaires. Respondents’ demographical features,the cognition and suggestion on basic medical care and basic public health services provided by the community health service center were covered in the questionnaires. Collected data was descriptively analyzed by SPSS.Results：Respondents participating in the survey showed a higher recognition for basic medical services than that of basic public health service. There was highest recognition rate of prescribing medication among basic medical services. These respondents were dissatisfied with current services delivered by community health service centers more or less in the aspect of service time,processes, and delivering approaches. Residents participated in the survey also gave suggestions for improvement.Conclusion：Insufficient propaganda of community health service centers did exist. It is suggested that community health service centers integrate basic medical services and basic public health services,and adjust the content and delivering approaches of services according to the demand.
