摘  要:文章统计新巴尔虎右旗1961—2010年的吹雪和雪暴气象观测资料,分析与吹雪和雪暴发生有关的气象因素和发生这种天气的环流形势。结果表明,吹雪和雪暴的发生与风速、气温和雪面状态有很大的关系。在同样的气温和雪面状态下吹雪雪暴发生概率随着风速的增大而增大,随着气温的上升发生吹雪雪暴所需的临界风速越大。吹雪和雪暴发生的环流天气类型主要有两种,分别是高空冷涡底部型和高空低槽型。成因机制方面主要分析了高低空急流和散度。Based on the observation data of billowing snow and snowstorm from 1961 to 2010 in Xin Bare Right Banner, this article analyzed the meteorological element and circulation situation that concerned with blowing snow and snowstorm. The results showed that the occurrence of blowing snow and snowstorm was highly related to wind speed, air temperature and snow surface state. For the same air temperature and snow surface state, the occurrence probability of blowing snow and snowstorm was increased with wind speed, the critical wind speed was increased with air temperature. There were two circulation situations that were high altitude cold vortex bottom type and high altitude low trough type. The jet stream and the divergence were analyzed in formation mechanism aspect.
