摘 要:介绍RAM技术的基本概念和可靠性模型,以及该技术在某石化公司FCC装置的应用研究情况,提出进一步推广应用该技术的设想:建立中国石化炼油企业设备故障数据库,开发基于RAM分析的炼油企业设备故障管理、可靠性与维修策略优化统一平台,开展设备故障规律研究、可靠性评价、维修策略优化,建立基于RAM分析的设备绩效指标,设备故障报告机制等,为探讨设备优化实现炼油装置长周期安全运行提供技术支持。In this paper, the basic concepts and relia- bility model of RAM technology are brief introduced at first. Then, the applied research of RAM technolo- gy in FCC unit are detail introduced. Finally, puts forward the ideas of further application, establishing the database of refinery equipment failure, developing the unified platform of refinery equipment fault man- agement, reliability and maintenance strategy optimi- zation based on the RAM analysis, carrying out the e- quipment failure regularity study, the reliability eval- uation, and the maintenance strategy optimization, setting up the equipment performance indicators based on the RAM analysis and the equipment failure report mechanism, etc., which will been hoped to provide the technical support for discussing equip- ment optimization to achieve the safe operation of long period of refinery.
