摘 要:利用膜分离技术对水基钻井液进行烃类气体的分离。在实验范围内,其全烃检测净值与钻井液含气浓度有很好的相关性,钻井液密度对检测净值影响很小,钻井液粘度高于70 s后,检测净值明显减少,膜分离效果降低。据此建立数学模型,反演钻井液中烃类气体的真实浓度,对油气层的识别与评价具有重要意义。The paper is about the separation of hydrocarbon from water-based drilling fluid using membrane technology. In the experimental range, there is a good relativity between detection of net of hydrocarbon gas and the gas concentration in drilling fluid, and the density of drilling fluid makes little difference in detection of net. When the viscosity of drilling fluids is higher than that of 70 s, the detection of net decreased significantly and separation effect of membrane reduced. Building a mathematical model based on this experiment to make the inversion of the the concentration of hydro- carbon gas contributes to the identification and evaluation of oil and gas.
