摘　　要：以学校机械制造与自动化专业(中德合作办学专业)为例,通过对该专业学生和相关任课教师的调查以及对调查结果的思考分析,提出了针对中德合作办学的建议。指出:合作办学重在合作,合作要全方位,合作应深入到教学的每一个环节;学校要提供合作交流平台,参与教师要加强学习,学校要进行相关培训,合作办学信息要共享。Taking mechanical manufacturing and automation major（ sino-German cooperative running major） as an example, this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the students and teachers of this major, then puts forward some suggestions for the cooperation project. Cooperation is the key element in running the major, and the cooperation should be comprehensive as well as penetrate into every step. The school should provide a platform for communicaton, and the relative teachers need to improve themselves by attending training programs. Any information in the cooperation should be shared by the two sides.
