摘  要:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地调查法对我国大型体育场馆运营内容产业问题进行研究。认为虽然体育产业蓬勃发展、场馆管理体制改革初见成效、功能设计多元化、赛事活动多样化发展及民间办赛积极性较高,在一定程度上有利于场馆运营内容产业建设,但由于场馆空间设计不合理,场馆市场主体地位尚未确立,竞赛表演市场发育不成熟,政府过度管理等问题导致场馆内容产业建设受阻。在分析国内外场馆发展内容产业的主要经验的基础上,提出通过场馆管理制度改革,树立内容思想,确立场馆市场主体地位,改革赛事审批制度,鼓励社会力量参与场馆运营,争取有利财税政策等促进场馆运营内容产业建设的对策。By using the resarch methods of literature review,questionnaire and field investigation,this paper studies on the operation of large-scale sports stadiums in China.The results show that although there are to some degree some positive factors like booming sports industry development,effective stadium management system reform,diversified function design,various sports events and active initiatives of sports event organization,the construction of stadium operation content industry has been hindered due to problems like inappropriate stadium space design,unestablished statdium market status,immature performance market development,over-management by the government,etc.On the basis of analyzing the main experience of the development of content industry home and abroad,this study proposes to improve thee construction of stadium operation conent industry by reforming stadium management system,building the concept of the content,establishing the main body position of stadium market,reforming the examination and approval system,encouragiing social forces to participate in the operation,soliciting positive fiscal and taxation policies,and so on.
