更换腹膜透析短管改良方法的可行性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨更换短管的新方法的可行性评价。方法本研究共纳入接受更换短管的患者240例,随机分成观察组(120例)和对照组(120例),观察组采用改良后的方法更换短管,对照组采用传统的方法更换短管,比较两组患者更换短管时间及换管后1周内腹膜炎发生率。结果观察组在更换短管所需时间及治疗总费用均显著少于对照组(p<0.01);而两组患者换管后1周内均未发生腹膜炎(p>0.05)。结论改良后的更换短管方法明显优于传统更换短管方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the feasibility of the new method for replacing short tubes. Methods240 cases willing to receive short tubes replacement were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group equally. The observation group was given the modified method to replace the short tubes,and the control group the traditional method. The total time for short tube replacement and the incidence of peritonitis within one week were compared in the two groups. Results The total time and expenditure of short tubes replacement in the observation group were shorter and less than those in the control group（ p〈0. 01）. No peritonitis happened in both two groups within one week after replacing short tubes（ p〉0. 05）. Conclusion The modified method of short tube replacement is superior to the traditional one,and thereby is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
