四物合剂与妈富隆联合给药治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血

摘　　要：目的观察四物合剂与妈富隆联合给药治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的临床效果。方法将148例围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者随机分为观察组与对照组各74例,对照组患者单独采用妈富隆进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用四物合剂进行治疗。结果治疗后观察组既定考察指标的改善情况均显著优于对照组(p<0.05);观察组临床总有效率93.2%,对照组组临床总有效率为73.0%,组间比较以观察组显著更高,与对照组比较有统计学意义(2=9.512,p=0.004)。结论四物合剂与妈富隆联合给药治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血安全性与有效性均非常令人满意,建议进一步推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Siwu mixture combined with Marvelon in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 148 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 74 cases in each group the control group was treated by Marvelon alone,the observation group was treated with Siwu mixture on the basis of the control group. Results After treatment,the established indexes in the observation group were significantly better than the control group（ p〈0. 05）; the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 2%,the control group was73%,there was statistical significance in the observation group compared with the control group（ 2= 9. 512,p =0. 004）. Conclusion The safety and effectiveness of Siwu mixture combined with Marvelon in the treatment of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding is extremely satisfactory and is worth further promotion.
