报警式直板手套约束带的设计与临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨报警式直板手套约束带的研制与临床应用效果。方法选取我院ICU需约束措施的患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例,观察组使用报警式直板手套约束带,对照组使用传统手腕约束带,比较两组约束带应用效果。结果观察组干扰治疗、发生约束带相关并发症明显低于对照组,护理人员使用效果满意度明显高于对照组,差异显著有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论报警式直板手套约束带安全有效,舒适方便,降低护理不良事件的发生,提高患者约束安全和管道安全管理,使病人安全和护理安全得到有效保证。To investigate the development and clinical effects of alarm straight gloves developed with restraints. Methods 120 ICU patients admitted with the need of restrictive measures were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each. The observation group was given alarm straight gloves with restraints while the control group was given traditional wrist restraints. The applicative effects of both groups were then compared. Results The he relative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group. The degree of satisfaction of nursing staff was obviously higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference（ p〈0. 05）. Conclusion The alarm straight gloves with restraint are secure,effective,comfortable and convenient. It can not only reduce the nursing adverse events,improve the patients＇ restraint safety and manage the pipeline safety,but also guarantee the safety of patients and nursing staff.
