摘　　要：探讨中医药文化和现代医院文化如何更好地相结合,提高医院核心竞争力。途径:中医文化精神可以用"仁"、"和"、"精诚"来概括,以"仁"融入医院精神文化、以"和"体现服务文化、以"精诚"打造品牌文化。To explore how to combine the culture of traditional Chinese medicine and modern hospital culture better,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital. As Chinese cultural spirit can be summed up by＂benevolence＂,＂harmoniousness＂,＂sincerity＂,we can put the ＂benevolence＂into the hospital spirit culture,make＂harmoniousness＂reflect the service culture,and create the brand culture with＂sincerity＂
