摘　　要：医疗安全管理是医疗质量管理的重要内容之一,是医院管理工作的一大课题。中山大学附属第一医院从抓规章制度的执行、医务人员的技术培训、医疗服务流程的优化、重点工作的强化落实、质量管理与控制体系的健全和医德医风的建设等方面入手,深化医院管理改革,从而提升医院整体质量,杜绝医疗隐患,减少医疗差错和事故的发生,有效地促进了医院医疗安全质量和管理水平的提升,有力推动了医院科学发展。As an important part of medical quality control, medical safety is a major issue of hospital management. In recent years, our hospital has been attaching great importance to the enforcement of regulations, training of medical personnel, optimizing the process of medical service, implementation of prioritized tasks, development of quality control system, and the building of medical ethics. With theses measures taken, the reform of hospital management has been deepened. As a result, our hospital has enhanced the overall quality of medical services, eliminated potential danger, and reduced medical errors and accidents.
