摘　　要：目的 通过分析某大型综合医院抗菌药物临床应用存在的问题和原因,探讨抗菌药物合理整治活动的对策.方法 利用信息系统统计和病历检查的形式,对某院2011年5月～7月抗菌药物使用情况进行现况分析,并提出改进的对策.结果 抗菌药物应用不规范现象较严重,主要表现为抗菌药物使用强度和I类切口手术患者抗菌药物预防使用率高.主要原因为认识不足、培训不到位和管理措施薄弱等.结论 应采取多部门联动、加强信息系统的建设、精细化质控管理等多种方式,加强对抗菌药物的管理,以形成持续、合理、有效的管理机制.Objective To evaluate the situation of clinical use of antibiotics in large general hospital, we could analyze the existing problems and reasons so as to find out the countermeasures on the political activity of antibi- otics. Methods Using the system analysis and medical checking, we have a baseline of our hospital on the clinical use of antibiotics during May to July in 2011 to find out countermeasures for improvement. Results The unreasonable use of antibiotics is serious in our hospital, mainly showing as the increasing of the antibiotics use density and the preventive use rate of antibiotics. The main reasons are lacking of understanding, training and effective management. Conclusion We strengthened the management of clinical use of antibiotics by establishing multi - sectors linkage, strengthening the information system, and formulating the fine quality management in order to form a sustainable, rea- sonable and effective management mechanism.
