摘　　要：目的对D医院检验科2012年购入的一台全自动血液分析仪设备进行综合效益分析,探索设备的经济和社会价值,以便提升设备综合管理水平和为今后购置设备提供参考。方法采用盈亏平衡分析法和敏感度分析法对设备2013年全年的综合效益进行评价和分析。结果该设备经济效益等级优秀,使用率等级高,盈亏平衡点526例,单价和业务量敏感系数绝对值较大且大于1,设备总体效益评价优秀。结论通过医疗设备综合效益分析,可制定科学、合理的管理措施,从而提高医疗设备经济和社会效益。Objective In order to study the value of fully automatic hematology analyzer and preferably provide reference to the future management of medical equipment and acquisition decision of hospital, the comprehensive benefits of fully automatic hematology analyzer of D hospital, which is purchased in 2013, is analyzed. Methods The comprehensive benefits of fully automatic hematology analyzer is analyzed by break - even analysis and sensitivity analysis. Results the benefit level and utilization rate of fully automatic hematology analyzer is excellent, and the breakeven value is 526, and the absolute value of sensitivity of price and professional work is greater than 1. Conclu- sion According to analysis of the comprehensive benefits of using medical equipment, we can develop scientific and feasible management measures, to improve the economic benefits and social benefits of medical equipment.
