银杏达莫注射液对冠心病心绞痛患者血清IL-6和MMP-9的影响

摘　　要：目的观察银杏达莫注射液对冠心病心绞痛患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的影响,探讨其治疗冠心病心绞痛的作用机制。方法将120例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用银杏达莫注射液20 m L,加入5%葡萄糖溶液或生理盐水250 m L中静脉输注,每日1次。两组均连续治疗14 d。观察两组患者心绞痛、心电图疗效及治疗前后血清IL-6和MMP-9水平变化。结果观察组治疗后心绞痛和心电图疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清IL-6和MMP-9水平与治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.01),观察组患者血清IL-6和MMP-9水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论银杏达莫注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,其作用机制可能与降低患者血清IL-6和MMP-9水平、抑制炎症反应有关。Objective To study influence of Yinxingdamo injection on interleukin（ IL）-6 and matrix metalloproteinase（ MMP）-9 in patients with angina pectoris of,and to explore the mechanism. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups： The control group（n = 60） treated with routine treatment,and the treatment group（n = 60） treated with routine treatment plus Yinxingdamo injection for 14 days. The effects of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram curative were observed. The levels of serum IL-6and MMP-9 were measured before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the effects of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram curative in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0. 05）. The levels of serum IL-6 and MMP-9 in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Yinxingdamo injection has effect in patients with angina pectoris,which can reduce serum IL-6 and MMP-9 and inhibit inflammatory reaction.
