摘  要:目的了解2013年中国人民解放军第一一八医院临床分离病原菌的分布及其敏感性分析,给临床合理使用抗菌药物提供有效依据,为感控部门制定抗生素整治方案提供帮助。方法基于检验科细菌耐药预警监测系统提取2013年临床送检标本共1 782份,按照《全国临床检验操作规程》第3版及法国ATB Expression操作流程对其进行检测分析。结果共分离致病菌744株,其中痰液361株、中段尿127株、分泌物127株、脓液53株、留置针45株、血液23株、其他8株。亚胺培南和美洛培南对肺炎克雷伯菌、奇异变形杆菌和大肠埃希菌均有较好的敏感性,三种主要革兰阳性菌对呋喃妥因、万古霉素、喹奴普汀-达福普汀均有较好的敏感性。结论本院住院患者以康复科为主,多为呼吸道感染,加强抗菌药物合理使用,有效地控制细菌耐药,对保证医疗质量和医疗安全具有重要意义。Objective To study distribution and sensitivity of clinically isolated pathogenic bacteria in the No. 118 Hospital of PLA, providing effective basis for clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents, offering help to antibiotics treatment scheme to infection control department. Methods According to the clinical laboratory bacteria resistant early warning detection system, 1 782 clinical samples were collected and then analyzed based on the Nation Clinical Testing Operation Procedures (third version and the French ATB Expression operation process. Results A total of 744 strains pathogenic bacteria were isolated, among which the sputum was 361 strains, the midstream urine was 127 strains, the secretion was 127 strains, the fester was 53, the remaining needle was 45 and the blood was 23 strains and the rests were 8. The imipemem and meropenem all were sensible to klebsiella pneumoniae, proteus mira- hillis and Eseherichia and so were three main gram - positive bacteria to nitrofurantoin, vaneomycin and slave ketoneses leptin, dafoe leptin. Conclusion Our patients are mainly in the rehabilitation department, most of whom have respiratory tract infection. To strengthen the use of antimicrobial agents reasonably and effective control of bacterial drug resistance are of great significance to ensure the medical quality and safety.
